Every day in Russia, thousands of people use the services of air carriers. The largest Russian company Aeroflot serves 305 flights every day, and this is not the only airline in the country. This is not surprising, because the plane is the fastest, most comfortable and, theoretically, safest mode of transportation. Unfortunately, in practice it often turns out that the aircraft passengers can not feel safe: the statistical level of air crashes in Russia is 13 times higher than the average. Among the causes of air crashes are human factors, weather conditions, and poor-quality work of air traffic controllers. Problems associated with the flights may occur not only in heaven but on earth, too. Recently, the cases of missing luggage have increased. Add to this the flight delays, poor service, disrespectful attitude of airport officials in the end. It is getting clear that the system of air travel in Russia requires a serious reformation.
